The bed is massive and comfortable, the only positive thing about our stay… The room is spacious but is very tired looking.
This was acceptable as the issue was out of his control but the following was not. My husband arrived at the hotel on Nov 18th and due to the water being off throughout the local area he wasn’t able to check in until 18:30.
