Oversee full-cycle staffing process from recruiting through on-boarding including design and implementation of processes identify, arrange, and attend special recruiting events and job description preparation and audits. The Generalist role is responsible to lead full-cycle staffing processes and staffing personnel.
Under the general direction of the HR Director, the Generalist will support team members, managers, and the HR Department in, staffing, benefits, data management, and engagement.
